In this class we will demonstrate that anyone can dance, even though they are convinced they cannot. They just don’t realize they have the ability.
By using the Alexander Technique, “thought in movement”, we will become aware of the ease and naturalness we all have in us.
When we are aware of the earth beneath us, the space all round us and the free movement of which we are capable, we can express ourselves without any worry, and there we are, dancing!
